Price Structure
Pre-requisites:
Hosting: WebCart requires that you setup your own web hosting account containing MySql and PHP5. If you do not already have this, we recommend using Hetzner.
Merchant Account: You will need to apply for a merchant account with your bank as well as an account with a payment gateway service provider. For the payment gateway, we recommend using MyGate.

WebCart Setup Fee
We charge an initial setup fee to cover the following:
- Integrate WebCart software into your existing website.
- WebCart Windows Administration Software Licenses.
(Max 5 users)
- Import Product and Customer Data.
- Setup Product Images.
Setup Cost: R7,500.00 Excl.VAT

Monthly License Fee*
A monthly license fee is charged while you are using the WebCart software.

*No set contract period. 30 days notice required for cancellation of service.

Website Hosting Account
We recommend using the Hetzner to host your WebCart website.
They offer the highest quality service at the very best price, whilst guaranteeing a 99.9% uptime on your website.
The Basic Hosting Account will cost you R99pm with a once off setup fee of R199.
This account gives you:
- 1 Gig Disk Space
- 1.5 Gig Traffic per month
- 100 Email accounts
- MySql Database
- PHP
- Web Stats
Payment Gateway
We strongly recommend using MyGate as your payment gateway provider.
We have built a strong trust relationship with MyGate and have used them very successfully for numerous WebCart clients.
Setup Fee: R200.00
Minimum Monthly Billing: R150.00
Transaction Rate: R1.50
